Reviews
You came here to check whether these people are any good. Fair enough. BCR has been finishing basements, kitchens and bathrooms across Durham Region for twenty years. Accessible bathroom conversions are newer, and you should hear that from us rather than work it out later.
Accessible bathrooms
The first one, told by the family member who arranged it.
Built earlier this year for the sister-in-law of a previous BCR client. She does not leave reviews, so the family member who arranged it agreed to talk instead, which is closer to your situation anyway.

Not filmed yet
The conversion is finished. The conversation is booked. When it is filmed it goes here, unscripted, with the full transcript underneath.
We could have written something here and attributed it to a client. Plenty of sites do. We would rather leave it empty until she has actually said it.
The conversion was completed earlier this year for the sister-in-law of a previous BCR client. The family member who arranged it has agreed to talk on camera. Nothing scripted, and the full transcript will be published alongside it, the same as the fourteen basement videos.
The company behind it
Twenty years, and fourteen clients on camera.
The accessible bathroom work is new. The crew, the process, the fixed price and the seven-year warranty are not. Every one of these is a real BCR client talking about their own project, with the full transcript published underneath.
Why you are not looking at twenty of these
Because there have not been enough of them yet.
Filling the gap with stock photography and invented quotes is exactly what makes people distrust this industry, and you would spot it eventually. As conversions finish and clients agree to be filmed, they go here. Ask on the phone how many have been done and you will get the real number.
What you can check instead
Check the things you can actually verify.
The Google reviews are public and nobody here can edit them. The four basement projects on the main site carry the actual invoice figures and photographs. The build specification for accessible bathrooms is published in full, including the parts that are promises nobody will make.
And you pay $497 for the assessment rather than nothing, which means nobody has a reason to talk you into anything at your kitchen table.
