Project Discussion Call: In our first 15-30-minute call, we'll discuss your project's specifics, including location, scope, and vision. We aim to ensure our services align with your needs, even if it means recommending another contractor.
Step 2: In-Home Consultation
Collaborative Discussion: Our consultant will assess your space, offering insights and suggestions tailored to your needs.
Home Tour: We'll explore your renovation areas, noting your preferences and considering how to best utilize the space.

Step 3: Design Phase
Design Agreement: Upon a successful consultation, we enter a partnership Design Agreement, initiating the detailed design phase.
Schematic Designs: We'll present several design drafts, including 3D renderings, refining them based on your feedback.
Material Selections: Select finishes and details for your project, ensuring all choices are made before construction begins.
Estimating & Documentation: Finalize construction documents, incorporating all details, dimensions, and required engineering assessments.
Step 4: Build Phase
Pre-Construction Meeting: Confirm project specifics, from logistics to scheduling, ensuring alignment before construction starts.
Project Scheduling: Access all project information and updates through our online scheduling software.
Project Manager Assignment: A dedicated manager will oversee daily operations, maintaining open communication and ensuring smooth progress.
Step 5: Post-Construction and Final Walk-Through
Final Inspection: Conduct a detailed walk-through to ensure every aspect of the project meets your expectations and our standards.
Documentation Handover: Receive all necessary warranties, guides, and final paperwork, marking the completion of the project.
Ongoing Support: Benefit from our aftercare support for any post-project questions or needs, backed by a five years warranty.
